Friday Five

It's midnight and all I can think about are coconut pancakes. These ones in particular are from a diner or the big island, Hawaii. I've had food on the mind this past week, which might be the result of a post-vacation-salad-for-dinner-diet Mr. Lovey and I have been on. As a result, food related posts seemed to catch my eye this week! Here's a serving of five posts I enjoyed:
  1. Find a relaxing montage including beachy scents and banana bread on Could I Have That.
  2. Tracy at Beauty Reflections asks us if we'd trade a Dior Croisette quint for cookies.
  3. There's a cool crab claw necklace by Dior on display at Swedish Love Affair.
  4. Bubblegarm reviews the new Urban Decay build your own palette I've been eyeing.
  5. Shorty Roxy Girly compares a L'Oreal Infallible to her Nintendo.
Happy Friday everyone!

Love, Dovey.

  5. Coconut pancakes! Is that foaming melted butter between the stacks?? Your beautiful, groaning pate reminds me of a breakfast place near Harvard where Mr. Petals and I ate when we were first dating. The diner served coconut pancakes stuffed with mini bittersweet chocolate chips. *dies*

    1. AHHH you're words make them sound even better Zuzu! I don't know if it's butter, I suspect it might be pancake bubbles at the edge, but of course butter was added before consumption. Chocolate pancakes are of course completely delectable in their own right! What a great memory :)
