Allure Beauty Blogger Awards Challenge #4: Trend Report

This week, I'm so excited to unveil the latest challenge in the Allure Beauty Blogger Awards. Challenge #4: Trend report was my favorite challenge to photograph and write about. I've structured it after my 'Inspired by Art' posts (see here). I've included preview of my post here. Do you recognize the artist from my photos? He's one of my favorites.

  1. Your VOTE makes a difference! You can vote once every weekday. The voting for Challenge #2 closes on Friday morning. International voters can vote!

  1. I love those pictures so much! very inspirational *wants more*. Your post about calder red lipsticks remind me of wearing them more, we don't have any sun here anyway (feels kinda weird wearing summery corals). great post <3

    1. Thanks Claire! I have to remind myself to wear these colors more too. It's too easy for me to fall into my neutral rut. I don't like so many bright lippies, but there's something classic about a vermillion :)

  3. OMG - love, LOVE, LOVE Calder! I learned about him through my husband, the art school nerd. We visited the Miro museum in Barcelona and there was a huge Calder piece in the garden. I wanted to take it home.

Good luck my dear, I'm so happy you are still in the running!

    1. Hi Lexi
YAY! I love Calder too. There was a large collection of peices displayed at a museum a while back... that was so fun!
